How we handle what you send us

When you send the spec sheet form or the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, the address of the roof and your answers about it. If you add an email address, we receive that too.

We use it to answer you, to book a visit and to write your spec sheet or estimate. We don't sell it. We share it only with people who work on your job, like the panel supplier, when your job needs it.

Photos you text us come through your own phone's messages, not this site. We keep them with your estimate.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, call the shop or write to hello@lucarellimetalroofing.com.
